At the time of booking, we will ask you to send us the payment of a deposit to guarantee it, to be agreed with the management, which will be deducted from the balance payment at the time of check-in. No refunds will be made in case of cancellation. Excluding the price, the tourist tax requested by the municipality of La Spezia equal to € 2.50 per person per night for a maximum of 5 days, to be paid in cash at check-in.

We kindly ask all guests to inform us of their expected arrival time at the Guest House ‘Linea d’Acqua’. Please note, that if you arrive early, between 8:00 and 11:00 in the morning, your room may not be ready. However, we will be able to deliver your badge and have you leave your luggage in the common reception area pending check-in.

If, however, you arrive outside the check-in time, please communicate it at the time of booking or as soon as possible. There is also the possibility to perform self check-in. All guests are required to vacate their room by 10 am on the day of departure (check-out) and return badges and keys.
